We want you to love your waves, but if you're not completely satisfied with your Mermade Hair tool, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unused condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, hair care products and accessories must be unopened and sealed to qualify for a refund.

Ensure your Mermade Hair Waver is in its original packaging, unused, and within the 30-day window from the date of delivery.
Submit a Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to receive a Return Authorization and a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Item
Securely pack the tool and all original components into a shipping box, attaching the provided return label to the outside of the package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
